We offer two types of courses :

GROUP COURSE: FROM 2 PEOPLE

Pasta (gnocchi or fresh pasta) + tiramisu: From € 55/ person

Pizza: From € 45/ person

Duration 2h

In English or Italian

Possibility of being accompanied by a French translator.

 

PRIVATE COURSE: ON QUOTE

Whether you are alone, in a couple or in a small group, you can choose a private cooking class and have an Italian chef (only) for you!

PIZZA CLASS

Even if we are in Rome, we can learn to make the famous Neapolitan pizza, thicker and richer than the Roman pizza. We have arranged a lesson with a real Neapolitan “pizzaiolo”. He will explain to you, in English or Neapolitan, all the secrets of making a good pizza dough (and there are many) but also everything you can do with it…

Making pizza (spread, garnish and bake) is just as accurate… In short, simple and complicated at the same time.

GNOCCHI AND TIRAMISU COURSE

How to become an expert in making perfect  gnocchi and tiramisu.

First of all, what are gnocchi? A kind of fresh dough made of potato and durum wheat flour from a thousand-year-old tradition that gives the dough an extraordinary quality, very fast to cook (only a few minutes, and great effect). The thing to know is that gnocchi are less caloric than conventional pasta, because they are less rich in carbohydrates and starch. Concretely, this means that compared to a spaghetti dish you can eat two portions! This is the best reason to join our course.

Obviously, one couldn’t certify the same thing about tiramisu. If we had saved calories, we would recover them immediately. It’s really good!!

We end the course by tasting our creations.

Faire soi même des scialatielli

FRESH PASTA AND TIRAMISU COURSE

Our chefs are Neapolitan, and they make ‘scialatielli’, a kind of tagliatella, only shorter. You will learn how to prepare this pasta from the raw materials: flour, eggs, salt and then plate them  following the advice of our chefs.

For the tiramisu, you will learn the real recipe, without forgetting to taste it after your scialatielli …
