YOGA AT VILLA BORGHESE
Come and feel the power of this mythical place with a yoga session. The park of the Villa Borghese, located on the hill of the Pincio, is one of the largest parks of Rome. It has great charm with its fountains, works of art and umbrella pines, and is the ideal place for a yoga session.
We will roll out our carpets under the Roman sky to enjoy an hour of practice adapted to your desires and your level. Sun salutations, grounding and stretching poses to the sky will connect your body and mind with nature – Relax!
The session is open to all ages (from 6 years old).

Whether you are alone, as a couple or in a small group, you can choose a private lesson, and thus be able to choose the route of the relaxing walk and have Barbara just for you!

Practising pilates in the park of Villa Borghese in Rome is a rejuvenating outdoor experience. Under the hundred-year-old umbrella pines and the gaze of Renaissance statues, rediscover the balance of body and mind, combining the art of movement with the serenity of nature. Private sessions on estimate or possibility to participate in a collective course already in place on Monday or Wednesday at 8:45 am, for a price of 25 €/ person.
