You can take part in workshops designed for young and old, in small groups in the laboratory, or in groups in the sumptuous setting of the Orto Botanico in Trastevere. Learn the art of ice cream making by immersing yourself in delicious flavours, and leave with creative and original recipes to prepare at home.
